The Red River Waterway Commission recently completed an economic impact study of the J. Bennett Johnston Waterway Project.

The purpose of the study was to measure the investment made within the seven parishes of the Waterway district.

Also identified were social benefits, commercial developments and future trends. Outcomes of the study are provided in a .pdf file that can be downloaded here.
